I am a trainer and project management professional. After 22 years of real world hands on experience with a global Multi-national, I am now forging a path of my own as a training consultant.

I consider myself very fortunate for the opportunity I had to work with and learn from different people in countries I lived, worked and visited. My training experience in the Indian market has been with ‘Diageo India’ so far. I hope to change that very soon.

I find it difficult to sit on training courses, but training people excites me. I have learned more from people on courses, then from the course contents. Nothing gives me more pleasure than to hear people on my courses say “I think I know how I am going to apply this learning back at work”. I love using meaningful active learning techniques, to make the learning experience enjoyable.

I’d like to think I am a great trainer, based on the feedback I have received from people on my courses, but honestly, the jury is still out on that.
